I help unlikely allies to collaborate towards new possibilities and find synergy in what opposing views. Polarities are the source of life.  But it is so hard is to navigate them.

For the past 10 years I extensively worked on conflict transformation, multi-stakeholder engagement, collaborative innovation labs, transformative learning programs, organizational change and collaborative strategy development with business, government, non-profit, philanthropic and arts organizations around the world.

I am a certified Integral Facilitator and Conflict Mediator with an MA in Leadership and Conflict Transformation. My thesis was an Action Research project on equity at a large urban high school.
